Unfortunately we are not able to assist with filling out application forms. If you need assistance with filling out forms, we will refer you to the appropriate community agencies.

 

The Immigration Team provides  provides brief legal advice on these matters:

  • refugee claim process
  • family class sponsorships
  • permanent residence
  • citizenship
  • temporary resident visa extensions
  • pre-removal risk assessments and
  • humanitarian & compassionate applications.

We may consider legal representation at the Immigration Appeal Division and Federal Court in a limited number of cases based on financial eligibility and merit.

In conjunction with our community partners, we provide public legal information and education workshops and advocate for a just and fair refugee and immigration system. We monitor significant legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments relevant to our work and communicate these to clients and community members.
